Locked Out? A Step-by-Step Fix for IPTV Login Failures

A login failure almost always traces back to one of a small set of causes, and most of them take just a minute or two to sort out once you know where to look.

Start with your login details

Type your username, password, and server URL again exactly as they appeared in your welcome email — on a phone especially, watch for stray spaces or autocorrect quietly changing a character.

Make sure your plan hasn't lapsed

An expired or not-yet-renewed subscription blocks login even when every credential is entered correctly. Check where your renewal stands, or read our guide on renewing your subscription.

Look closely at the server URL

A dropped character or a stray trailing slash in the server address is behind a large share of login failures. Whenever you can, paste the URL instead of typing it out by hand.

Delete the playlist and start over

If tweaking the existing entry hasn't fixed things, remove the playlist from the app completely and re-add it as a brand-new entry — this wipes out any settings that may have gotten corrupted.

Still locked out?
